Lovely hotel, I liked its good location.
The stay was absolutely comfortable. Everything was amazing, the parking was onsite, the room was neat. The staff were very helpful lot of time. Location: the hotel was adjacent to easy to navigate, meal outlets and outer Sydney. Lucky that it was at a medium distance from Big Tuna Fish Co, offering food to go.

The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The basic amenities are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near various meal outlets and a shopping centre, making it convenient for guests.
One small area of improvement would be the need for room renovations.

The rooms were comfortable with excellent room temperature control and the bed was extra cozy. One of the best aspects was the top-notch service from friendly and obliging staff.
The noise level could be overwhelming, especially from the pub downstairs. It was also a disappointment to find dirty linen on the bed, and the old bathroom with an unclean shower was a negative aspect.

We had a great stay at a convenient location in the Liverpool area close to the shopping centre and ssw private hospital. the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful at a good price. the hotel had cheap meals available and there were lots of towels and soap provided.
The noise from other patrons and the fight in the car park disturbed our sleep.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and good prices in the bistro. Its central location is convenient, with easy access to takeaway shops for meals. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide good service. Despite the rooms being in poor condition and in need of renovating, the hotel ensures basic amenities are available and rooms are made up daily with fresh linen and towels.
The hotel could benefit from some improvements.

The hotel location is great, close to many takeaways and convenience stores. the air conditioning in the room made our Easter stay bearable. the bed linen was clean and comfortable to sleep in.
The hotel needs to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. the bathroom was dirty, and the carpet needed a deep clean or replacement.
